Secret Questions
You can change your challenge questions on the My Profile page at any time after you initially set them up. The use of secret questions and answers adds an additional layer of security and allows you a way to reset your own password when needed.

The first time that you log in to Dayforce Identity Access Management (IAM), you must select your secret questions and enter your answers to each question. Each answer must be between 5 and 30 characters can be a combination of the following:
- Uppercase or lowercase letters
- Special characters
- Numbers (0-9)
You can't select the same question more than one time. If you change a question that you previously selected and saved, you must change the answer also.
You can change your questions and answers at any time.
To manage challenge questions and answers Top
- To open the Secret Questions page, in the navigation panel, click My Profile, and then click the Secret Questions tab.
- Select a new challenge question, for any questions 1 through 5.
- Enter the answer for any new challenge questions.
- Click Save.
