I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

If you forget your password, you can reset it using either the Email or Secret Question options.

When you initially logged in to Dayforce Identity Access Management (IAM), you were prompted to set up secret questions. If you set up your secret questions and answers, and remember them, you can click Forgot Password - User ID on the Sign In page to answer two of your randomly selected secret questions and reset your password.

If your organization uses multifactor authentication (MFA), you will be required to further verify your identity using the verification method you previously established.

If you don’t remember your answers and are unable to use the Email or Secret Question options for any reason, the system administrator must reset your password.
